Prof. Gerald L. Neuman
Former Senior Visiting Researcher of the Visiting Research Professorship
Gerald L. Neuman is the J. Sinclair Armstrong Professor of International, Foreign, and Comparative Law, and the Co-Director of the Human Rights Program at HLS. From 2011 to 2014, he served as a Member of the UN Human Rights Committee. During his stay as a Senior Visiting Researcher at the Research Group International Citizenship Law, he pursues research on the topics of human rights in a time of populism, international law, governance, and transnational constitutionalism.
