Dr. Jules Lepoutre

Jules was a Research Associate at the Global Citizenship Governance Project at EUI Florence and visiting researcher at WZB Berlin. He received his PhD from the University of Lille in 2018. He holds a Master of Public Law and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lille and was visiting Researcher at the University of Westminster Law School (London). His research interest focuses on citizenship and governance in the European Union, particularly in the present and future of a European nationality.
