Dr. Stefan Skupien

Stefan Skupien is a research fellow of the president's project group. He manages a research project that compares science-funding strategies of West European countries for African-European research cooperations. For his doctoral thesis he studied West African constitutional reforms. Afterwards, he worked as a program officer for internationalisation at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and as personal assistant to the Vice Executive President of the Freie Universität Berlin.
