Scientists on the Move
Abstract
Ongoing pilot survey on STEM scientists and professionals employed in Chinese and the UK higher education institutions. The survey implements a structured sampling approach (universities stratified based on national rankings and respondents randomly selected within), and uses experimental and standard survey questions on career trajectories, international mobility, professional and life course aspirations, professional ethics and conduct, and broader orientations regarding good and just society.
