Michal Parízek was a PhD candidate and scholarship recipient from the Berlin Graduate School for Transnational Studies (BTS), and member of the WZB research unit “Global Governance” where he resided from September 2010 to August 2013. Before coming to the WZB he studied political science, international relations, and international policy analysis at the Charles University in Prague and the University of Bath. His current doctoral research focuses on “Redistributive Consequences and Institutional Capacity of Global Economic Governance”. He is currently an assistant professor at the Charles University in Prague.
