Prof. Dr. Frank Kalter

Frank Kalter, Professor of General Sociology at the University of Mannheim and currently director of the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research (MZES, is a visiting researcher of the Migration, Integration, Transnationalization department in December. He is principal investigator of the Children of Immigrants Longitudinal Survey in Four European Countries (CILS4EU). During his stay at WZB he will be using these data to examine the causal relationship between structural, social and cultural aspects of the integration of adolescent immigrants.
