Former Student Assistant of the Research Professorship

I am a social scientist (B.A.) and currently pursuing a joint Master's degree in International Relations at Humboldt University of Berlin, Freie Universität Berlin, and University of Potsdam. Over a period of three years, I have been involved as a research assistant in various research projects (previously at the Institute for Work & Technology). Starting from 2024, I intend to continue my academic career by pursuing a Ph.D.

My interests lie at the intersection of International Relations, (macro-)sociology, and social psychology. I am particularly interested in the social dimensions of climate change, the role of international organizations in development cooperation, corruption research, and security studies. I have a strong affinity for mixed-methods approaches and primarily work with quantitative methods, with a special focus on network analysis.

At WZB, I support the work of Prof. Yasemin Soysal and her research team Global Sociology.
