Dr. Clara Iglesias Keller
Dr. Clara Iglesias Keller is a guest researcher the Politics of Digitalization research group of the WZB Berlin Social Sciences Center. She holds a Doctoral and a Master’s degree in public law from the Rio de Janeiro State University and an L.L.M in Information Technology and Media Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is currently writing a book on "Media Law in Brazil", with focus on how traditional regulatory communication structures apply to the digital world. Her research agenda includes, among others, information technology regulation, the role played by governance structures and state regulation in digital transformation and regulation of online speech. She also has experience as a lecturer, researcher and legal advisor in technology, media and communications regulation.
